Genaro Ponse is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry, including 15 years with Alliance. He currently oversees the Houston and South Texas markets, where he supports customers with product expertise, project guidance, and dependable service.

Genaro began his career working hands-on as a plumber’s helper before transitioning to a respected Houston-area plumbing wholesaler. During his 12 years on the wholesale side, he developed a strong foundation in the trade, gaining in-depth product knowledge and a customer-first approach that continues to define his work today.

He later expanded his experience into manufacturer representation, followed by time on the manufacturing side as a factory representative and Regional Manager for a national brand. This well-rounded background (spanning contractor, wholesale, rep, and manufacturer roles) gives Genaro a unique perspective and the ability to connect with customers across all levels of the industry.
