Ken Morrow has been a valued member of the Alliance team since 2022, serving the South Central Texas region with a strong focus on customer relationships and long-term solutions. A graduate of the University of Texas, Ken brings a diverse and well-rounded background in sales, construction, and client consulting that allows him to connect with customers across multiple segments of the industry.

Ken began his career in the computer industry, where he quickly distinguished himself in B2B sales through his consultative approach and ability to understand complex customer needs. His success in that field earned him multiple accolades and laid the foundation for a career built on trust, responsiveness, and problem-solving. He later transitioned into custom townhome sales and went on to work as a multi-family home builder. It was during this time that Ken developed a strong interest in the plumbing and construction supply side of the business, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges contractors and developers face on a daily basis.

Since joining Alliance, Ken has leveraged this unique combination of experience to better serve his customers, offering practical solutions that are both cost-effective and tailored to the job at hand. His background in construction gives him a distinct advantage in understanding project timelines, product applications, and field conditions, making him a trusted resource for contractors, wholesalers, and developers throughout his territory.

Outside of work, Ken is a devoted family man and proud father of four. He remains deeply involved in his community in Gonzales, Texas, where he has served on various advisory boards, including the city council and the economic development committee. His commitment to both his profession and his community reflects the same values of integrity, service, and reliability that he brings to his role at Alliance every day.
