John Carper began his career in operations while working his way through college. Upon graduation from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, John accepted a position as an outside sales representative. From that point on 29 years ago, John knew that in order to be a successful sales representative, taking care of his customers' needs was one of the key elements.
Broad Experience
In addition to outside sales, John's experience includes wholesale distribution and sales management. The vast majority of John's career has been spent developing new sales territories and assisting his existing customer base grow their revenue.
Faith, Family and Fishing
n his free time, John enjoys being active with the church, spending time with his wife Karen and trout fishing on the White River.
